Uniting the mind, body and breath, And Breathe pregnancy yoga prepares you for the antenatal period, birth and the immense transition into motherhood.
Throughout the class, we allow you to familiarise yourself with the natural rhythm of your breath, a necessity for a more manageable birth.
We also aim to give you the confidence in your body’s innate ability to birth your baby with strengthening exercises and active birth techniques.
The classes are a fantastic way to calm the mind, relax the body, and help you to leave behind the stresses of busy city life and focus on you and your unborn child.
We keep the classes small so we can give each expectant mother the attention she deserves.
Saturday’s 9.30-10.30 for yoga, followed by optional 30 minutes for tea, biscuits and chat.
