Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

The last couple of days there has been a black cat with red collar around Seymour Road near the new river section. Cat is looking a bit lost and very hungry - I put some food out for her. No details on collar. She is very friendly and obviously belongs to someone.

If it’s the one I chases out of my garden on 3 separate occasions for using it as a toilet then may it go to cat hell.

Hi Margaret, thank you for posting! Would you be able to take the cat to the nearest vet to scan for chip? If the cat is not chipped, would you be able to put posters around "found cat"? It could be someone's lost cat. If you have no luck in finding the owners we at Stokey Cats...and dogs will do our best to help to find a new home for this cat (unless you would like to keep him).

I would initially wrap a bit of paper around the cats collar with your phone number asking the owner to call you. I have before been conned into thinking some poor hungry quite thin cat was lost. only to find that it had moved into the area few mths back, and was well loved, and just needed to be neutured to stop it wondering. I also got a chance to speak to the owners about micro chipping their cat, and having a cat flap so it could come and o

obviously if you dont hear anything, then yes I agee take it to the vet to see if micro chipped

she's down on mattison now. my cat was going crazy at her but she's a super friendly lil thing.
