Can I buy a visitor permit from you?

Morning everyone.

Does anyone in St Ann's CPZ have a daily visitor permit I could buy from them asap?

I have been trying for weeks to get registered for them with the council but it's going round in circles. I would pay over the odds for it to finally be able to get a plumber to my flat if you can help!

No....for visitors permits you have to have the right zone.  A resident's parking permit can be used in Zones A or B, but not the visitors permits.

I made that mistake myself....winced when I had to pay up for the PCN....you are probably best off just approaching friendly looking neighbours?
