Cleaner wanted - one off and odd house clean

Hi all, I have a tiny studio flat near Turnpike Lane and a very messy schedule. I could do with a good one off cleaning to put me back on track and the occasional maintenance whenever I don't get time to clean but still enough to organise a cleaner. I don't do regular slots. I just don't do regular tbh!
Inhumanly small bathroom with shower and no tub; long narrow kitchen - not to bother with the oven, i cleaned it recently and rarely use it, but could do with cleaning the top cupboard which is too high for me. The main room (bedroom come living room) just needs a bit of dusting and floors but I do that fairly regularly. Bathroom and kitchen are my main concerns, including walls (again, the flat is a glorified shoebox so not a lot of wall surface either). No kids, no pets, just me and I do my own washing, ironing and washing up.
I used agencies before, but they tend to send a different person every time and most of them pretty much wipe the kitchen worktops and mop the floors in 2 hours, which I can do myself in 15 minutes for free...
I've contacted some already but I want to see what's on offer before making a decision.
