Custom window screen

We're considering making window screens that we can use during the summer to have the windows wide open without flies coming in and cats falling out (we're in a second floor flat). We want to be able to attach them to our metal window frames for the summer, but take them down in the winter or when the windows are closed.

Does anyone know anyone who might be well placed to make them? We'd be looking for four in total (appx. 110x90cm), with the potential for a screen door for our balcony door too...
