Help! Locked shut PVC window. Can anyone unlock / open?

Look on lock and see if it has a number if yes go to your key cutting service and ask if they carry spares if not locksmith will drill out

We have a buy-to-let up in Enfield and when we bought one of the window keys was missing. These guys first checked to see if they had a key that fitted. They didn't, but managed to get the window open by levering and applying pressure in the right places.

Thanks both for this. I have the keys but the problem is when I go to open the window with the handle the left side releases but the right side stays firmly locked / shut. I will contact your 'guys' tomorrow Hugh to see if they can help. Ta.
