House wanted to shoot a film - September

Hello

I'm filming a family drama in September and just been let down with our location. (It's being knocked down!)

We're looking for a house to use for the month. It could be a house that's about to be refurbished or will be empty if you're going away etc .It should be large with at least 3 bedrooms and not an open plan layout. Ideally the loft will have been converted as we'll need a separate space to put the equipment.

We are a local production company working with an established, tidy crew. We will take care of the place and there's no breakages/stunts involved. If you have somewhere please pm me and we can discuss further. It's a low budget film so there's not a lot of cash but you'd have your place on the big screen and be helping a local company.
