Nothing on Green Lanes is safe.

Looks like this has just been attached with cable ties, which may not be very secure in windy weather. You can report it here: http://www.haringey.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/building-c...

Probably not, but then what do they care? it will probably be there for years and years anyway, just like the rest of them.

As I have said before, if I had the money I would hire a cherry picker and take down all the boards along green lanes that have been allowed to remain untouched because they are a sodding eyesore.

No its not safe and it will be there for years. Paul Simon lettings are scumbags. Sadly the traders association, who really could do a lot more about this, don't give a toss about the amount of old, rotting and illegal estate agents signs littering grand parade.
Looks like the one that killed that young lawyer in Camden Town

He wasn't killed by an estate agent's sign, it was the shop sign that wasn't properly secured.  As in the one that hung across the front of the shop, which was double fronted.  Quite a bit bigger than an estate agent's sign.
