I came across this organisation recently. Based in N11, Ming-Ai seems to be a Catholic Hong Kong-UK friendship association set up in the years prior to the handover of the colony.
The ethos seems to be a mix of charitable, culture, business, quasi-academic and religious. Their courses include those designed to support business professionals who want to enter the Chinese market, but also ones which have a much more domestic appeal. They're a UK Online Centre and run the odd project like the British Chinese Food Culture Project, a Heritage Lottery funded project studying the development of Chinese food in Britain.
