We are selling our very cool and quirky 2 bedroom cottage on Summerhill Road, one of the most sought after streets in the N15 postcode. The road is in a conservation area and is a fine example of a Victorian sample street, displaying over 20 different architectural styles from the period.  The cottage has 4 original fireplaces, exposed floorboards and a brand new roof with skylights.  Our cottage also enjoys nearly 100ft of lush mature gardens. 

We are leaving London for the coast and very sad to be saying goodbye to this charming house that's been our home for 6.5 years.
