Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I'd like to get some pieces of artwork framed for Mr. Abster before xmas.

Does anyone have any recommendations - preferably North London based and not too expensive?

I've used Frame Set & Match in Covent Garden before, who were amazing, but they are quite pricey and I'd rather not pay above the odds. I also tried the place in Finsbury Park (can't remember the name) but they are even pricier.

Thanks all!

Framing always seems really expensive where ever I've gone!

After a few bad experiences we always go to Vitners in Crouch End. They are almost opposite M&S, Crouch End Hill (?). Good selection on options and always great on advice about mount/frame style etc.
I'm pretty sure we got a quote from them for something that was much cheaper than John Jones in Finsbury Park.
(But agree that Ikea have some pretty good frames if you want something simple!).

I had a print framed very nicely by John Steele Framing at the Chocolate Factory.

Shhhh don't tell everyone about john, he'll put his prices up. ;)

Hehe. In any case, sounds like the Chocolate Factory is a destination to check out!

Thanks guys :)

My thoughts exactly. What a find!!

Thanks for the recommendation - I went to John Steele in the end and was extremely impressed with the service. So quick as well as affordable! And the resulting job has made me really happy, just what I needed for this xmas gift.

As FPR below has suggested, this one is almost too good to mention :)
