Reporting Virgin Media phone Cabinets

For people who don't already know, it's best to report damaged or open Virgin Media phone cabinets direct to the company. Till now I've emailed:  cabinet.plant@virginmedia.co.uk
On 11 July 2017 I reported a cabinet on Lothair Road North, N4. I got a reply the next day from a company called "John Henry Group Cabinet & Plant Contact Centre".  I replied and asked if the email: cabinet.plant@virginmedia.co.uk is still the best one to use.

Dear Virgin Media,
I wish to report a phone cabinet with both doors open. It‘s in  Lothair Road North, London N4
near the junction with Green Lanes. The number on the cabinet is B10060. I attach a photo which I took on 9 July 2017.

This shows the cabinet in May 2015. At that time it had a yellow tape round it, so I assume it has had the open doors problem before. 

Please would you acknowledge this email and confirm Virgin Media are taking action.
