On HoL, the forum is about community discussion, blog posts are longer pieces about the neighbourhood or more personal articles. Any blog post you add to HoL will be compiled on your profile page.

From time to time, Hugh, Liz and other invited locals add personal opinion pieces about the neighbourhood. Links to our blogs are in the drop-down list under the 'Our Blogs' tab.

More than likely what you want to add will belong in the forum. But if you're feeling inspired to write a longer article or a personal blog, add away.

Do be warned however, that at this point all blogs are moderated and it may take us some time to approve your post. Forum posts, on the other hand, will appear immediately.
