I am using a local joinery firm called Dunbar Joinery dunbarjoinery@hotmail.co.uk for made to measure doors and windows. They seem cheaper than most and offer a joined up service of measure, quote, deliver, fit, paint and tidy. 

The internet company doordeals.co.uk will offer made to measure doors but you risk having to measure, then wait in for delivery and arrange separate fit. So it depends on your budget.

The locksmiths on Green Lanes also offers a fast emergency made to measure service.
