be nice, it must be a lonely life.

well there will be six months of a shadow council making plans so that will be your chance to ask them, and to bring in your own creative suggestions. You seem to have taken your info from the Daily Express, this is not a 'Hard Left' bunch, its a very varied coalition. Just all the people who think the HDV is nuts.

dear Mr Hole, what do you call 'affordable'. ?

The HDV has no social housing.
Affordable is usually 20% discount from market rent. Which will be at least three times what the tenants of eg n'land park are paying now.

There's also the small question of where people will live while their homes are being bulldozed and rebuilt.

as you may have guessed, the Labour Party has its own inbuilt opposition.

But this is prob not clear to most voters.  Lammy and Catherine's 40,000+ majorities mask all this paddling-like-mad-under-the-surface goings on.

It would be good to have a fact base - what does the HDV actually mean. I believe I just read that the HDV has no social housing. Is that a fact, or a ‘fact.’

Kotkas please do some reading. I suggest you might like to begin with the Councils own Scrutiny Panel reports.

If you have done the reading, would you kindly oblige the HoL viewer with a factual statement? Surely that would support your argument?

I am aware of the existence of the document, and have skimmed it. Nowhere does it state there is NO social housing component to the HDV.

Thanks NeilT.

It's like proving God doesn't exist then. So they're demolishing social housing and you're just going to let them not talk about whether or not they rebuild it in that document when Claire Kober told Vanessa Feltz, live on radio, that they were rebuilding it and people would be returning to nice new homes in Tottenham?

Billy! Lendlease chose the council via their PR guru Peter Bingle at MIPM. They concocted a fake tender process using two of his other clients.
