Emmanuele does a Tai Chi class on Wednesday nights at Mind in Haringey's community centre - Station House 73c Stapleton Hall Road N4 - he may also do other venues :)

Hi Julia 

From April we will be hosting weekly Yin Yoga classes at the Snug in Green lanes. Yin Yoga is a very meditation slow practice that ties in with TCM. If you like Thai chi you will really enjoy this class.
