Faulty pelican crossing on GL

The pelican crossing on GL by the dry cleaners has somehow been set up wrongly so that pedestrians cannot see the green man from either direction - you can hear the beeps but it's very confusing as to whether it's safe to cross. Anyone know who I should contact about this?
