Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Though an Enfield resident, I live just North of Haringey Football Club ground north of White Hart Lane. The Lane, a private housing development owned by Tottenham Hotspur football club is underway nearby. Tonight I got off the W3 bus eastbound at Haringey Football club stop, which has been moved to accommodate works at the entrance to the building site. There is single lane traffic at this point. Passengers and others trying to walk eastwards are forced around the works into oncoming traffic(there are temporary lights) There is no barrier, signage or protection for any pedestrian including disabled and those with buggies etc. Can a Haringey resident report this? I've looked at the Council website, and can't find any option to report this or other hazards.

I drove both ways this afternoon. Yes delayed traffic especially with vehicles trying to get into garage

Saw people walking passed OK

Expect they will have got a Traffic Order via the Council to carry out this work

Comes under Highways

Especially as they have Two way traffic Lights. Which can Only operate with a Local Authority license

There was Warning signs either side of Works, advising users of Road Works

Rather like Thames Waters Working in Station Road / Junction High Road which seems to be going on for ever

Not sure you're getting my point. Pedestrians are forced onto the open road without any protection.
