I found Vlad via HOL and can highly recommend him for any handyman tasks that you may require around your home!

He was nothing but polite, punctual and hardworking.  He was also very thorough and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately I've not experienced such good service. I got Vlad's contact details through Mel and he came round and quoted for laying flooring in my bathroom as well as a few smaller jobs. He told me it would take him and a colleague two days and I needed to order the materials required, once I knew when everything would be delivered he asked me to contact him to arrange installation. Within a week everything had been ordered and delivered and I spoke to Vlad and he said he would come at 8am on Monday. He reiterated the time and day several times (this was on the previous Tuesday) then .... Nothing. On Monday I waited for him, I've called him, texted him, emailed him and I've heard absolutely nothing. I now have a roll of flooring and a bunch of screed and glue and have to find someone else. I'm really disappointed, annoyed and confused.

Liz - this is very strange - I was just about to write how I also contacted Vlad and he said he would come round, then didn't. He just called me while I was typing this. I told him in very strong terms that you were upset and confused. He said there'd been an accident. I told him to ring you right away! He did apologise.
