Short-term let wanted / cat-sitter available

Hi, My brother, Sam, is looking for a property in the area and would like a bolthole while he sorts it out. We've lived here for 20 years and he's lived here previously. His need would suit either a short term spare room let (£450 a month for up to 3 months) or a string of catsitting stays. He regularly catsits for me when I'm on holiday. He's a mildmannered, 47yr old professional.
