Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Sadly our beautiful Pineapple Broom has grown too big for our tiny back garden - we are planning to dig it out in the next week or two, and would love to give it away to a good home or community garden project. Is anyone interested? I've attached a pic from the internet of the shrub's blooms. We're on Pemberton Road, N4. Please Message me if you are interested in coming to take a look.

Plant details:

PINEAPPLE BROOM
The Cytisus battandieri, also called Pineapple Broom.  It is best grown with some shelter from cold winds and in full sun, and makes an excellent wall shrub, where its silky grey-green foliage, delicate and laburnum-like, looks effective against brickwork.  It can reach 18 feet tall in some cases. The golden pea-shaped flowers are gathered in large upright cones, and have a strong scent of pineapples.

Hi Emma
I'd be happy to plant it in my front garden if it's still available?

Hi Glen

It is still available, absolutely. We could probably dig it out next weekend - would you be around to come and collect? It's a large shrub now - do you have an idea of how you will transport it? By all means pop round and take a look at it beforehand if you like.

Best Emma

Hi Emma

Yes could pop round one evening, will PM you

Thanks Glen

Ok - I have just messaged you - and called you Mavic by mistake, so apologies!
