Handyman and a whole lot more!!

I would like to recommend Louis of LCT Contractors. I picked up his details from an earlier forum recommendation.

I needed external and internal painting, a few minor repairs and the front wooden door filled and painted. 

Louis was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he provided a quote promptly, once he had seen the work and started the work quickly too. 

I do not live locally, so dealt with him over the phone as it's a rental property. Although we did not meet face to face, Louis was easier to deal with than some contractors I have met in person.

He is able to carry out the following work, general building, fencing, painting & decorating, roofing, tiling, paving, plastering and general repairs. 

He's an absolute must for your contact list and I will be holding onto his number, as he's a gem.

My tenants found him very personable and he even gave me a heads up on a couple of things that I could do myself when my tenants move shortly.
