Discover London's secret green corners at the Open Squares Weekend 9-10 June 2018

For one weekend over 200 green spaces all over London – many usually closed to the public – open their gates for public enjoyment and discovery. More information and weekend tickets at the Open Squares website

Places in the local area include Bowes Park Community Garden and Clissold Community Garden, as well as special events at Abney Park: 

• Botanical ID Walk led by Joan Yeadon, Saturday 9th June, 1pm 
• Butterfly and Moth Walk led by Matthew Gandy, Sunday 10th June, 11am
• Historical tour of Abney led by John Baldock,  Sunday 10th June, 2pm
