two strong people required to move beds

I have 3 double beds in a 3 bed house but I would like to move them around  into different rooms. one is a bedstead that needs dismantling and throwing away. one is a double divan with double mattress that needs moving rooms. and one is a heavy wooden bed frame and double mattress that needs moving into another room. should take less than an hour. happy to pay £40. end of next week if possible.
