The room is a very large and has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf and an armchair. The flat is well maintained regularly by a cleaner (fee included in rent) 

The flat is located in a Victorian terrace with garden on a quiet residential street. Beautifully decorated and well-maintained throughout, the property comprises of a separate living room, kitchen and large french doors leading to a spacious garden.

You will be sharing with one other female in early 40's who works in digital tech industry.
