A local historical feature is concreted over...

I'm not sure how many other people have spotted this, but the tram tracks near Manor House tube station (shown in this photo on Flickr) were concreted over around two weeks ago.

It looks like this was the Costcutter next door refurbishing its loading bay - it's a pity to see something like this disappear though!

Haven't told my 6 year old yet, he won't be impressed....
