Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

La Taperia is the last of the three late summer Harringay openings and will open for business tomorrow at 6:00.

The chef, I'm told, is Spanish and the aim is for verity special tapas and a good selection of wine.

Definitely worth a try.

Do you have address? would love to go and have a taste of their Spanish Tapas

Yes, it's right next to Selale.

Oh I see! thanks
Agree on the ham croquetas and have half of them home as the portion was massive! The food is excellent quality generally and clearly all freshly prepared.
I went last night and can also vouch for the very good quality and reasonably priced tapas, plus excellent sangria. Also an excellent live guitarist and singer adding to the atmosphere (if a little too loud at times!)

Went to La Taperia for dinner on Sunday.

Atmosphere was quiet, perfect and possibly such quietness is more normal for a Sunday.

Waiters were really nice and attentive. Tried few tapas, all food was nice and reasonably priced (have to mention though was not too keen on the pollo al ajillo, sorry  but definitely that one needs more working ...)  Did not get the superb plate presentation that Jessica showed for the croquetas but still what everyone says they were very yummy. Also Prawns were to die for...

We went to dinner there last night. The food was very disappointing and below average. Shame, as I was hoping for a new option on Green Lanes.
