Free upright floor-to-floor VAX

I have an upright Floor-To-Floor VAX that is about 18 months old unfortunately it is not in perfect working order but if you know how to fix it's going for free.

Issue is that the fan belt snaps after about 10 uses, I was going to repair but VAX sent me a new one for free.
