Our chef Marcello La Valle at Cafe Tramp Restaurant specialises in seafood dishes, so we thought a lovely idea was to add to our menu a seafood surprise dish of whatever took Marcello's fancy whilst at Billingsgate Market on the day!
Take a look at one of the scrumptious dishes he effortlessly rustles up when the mood takes! Deep-fried squid with chef's special black bean vinaigrette.
Seafood surprise dishes are served Tues-Sunday from 5:30m until sold out!

Yeah what a trooper hey! Thankfully he has the whole day to relax before having to return to the kitchen to prep pre-opening at 5:30pm
