Starting the Debate at the Letter A: The Essential Fundamentalism

As well as a successful recording career, Labi Siffre has written three books of poetry and a one act play. The writers forum describe him as a “potent poet”.
Note to the audience: This is a lecture and Mr Siffre will not be singing or performing at this event.

The Richard Price Memorial Lecture

Richard PriceThe Richard Price Memorial Lecture is named for the 18th century minister of who served the dissenting community in Newington Green. Price supported democracy over the rights of the monarchy in the American and French revolutions. He inspired a young Mary Wollstonecraft to her revolutionary stance for women's rights.
