Looking for 3 bedroom house

I am looking to rent a 3/4 bedroom house from July/August for a year let, possibly extending for another 2 years. I am a good clean tenant with a cleaner and a gardener in tow. I can provide excellent references from my current Landlord. My 2 children are almost adult and there are normally just 2 people at home at any one time so there will be low impact. I have 2 sleepy cats. I am looking in the Muswell Hill/Bounds Green/Bowes Park/Arnos Grove/Friern Barnet/ Finchley area. Flexible but need bus access to my son's school in central Friern Barnet.
