Event Description

Modern London life can feel fast and frantic, leaving our busy minds often racing in overdrive. Whilst we can’t change the nature of the world we live in, we can learn to move through it with greater calmness and clarity.

Through this six week course we will take a look at how our stress response works and a range of tools to help manage it. By learning to witness our experiences more clearly (mindfulness) and meet ourselves with greater kindness (self-compassion), we will explore living more in the present moment - learning to savour life's joys and feel more balanced within life's challenges.

Bookings are now open for courses in both June (5 June – 10 July) and September (11 September – 16 October). Sessions take place on Monday evenings from 19.00 – 21.00. Places are £190 for the six weeks and limited to 10 people per session.

All sessions are held at Redmond Community Centre, N4 2HF (2 min walk from Manor House station on the Piccadilly line)
