You're not just what you eat, you're what you absorb. And if you're stressed out, running on empty or just getting through the day, your digestion can really struggle. Sometimes this can show up as day-to-day nervous knots, bloating, bathroom troubles or full blown digestive issues. This isn't how you're meant to feel or how it has to be.
This practical and informative day include:

- Yoga sessions to support improved digestion (all levels welcome)
- Short mindfulness practices that you can incorporate into your busy life.
- A goodie pack to take away including recipes and practical tips and tricks.
The day takes place at the beautiful Yoga Campus Finsbury Park Lower Studio (a 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park station). It is equipped with all the props, bolsters and blankets that you will need to feel nourished and supported.
