Fancy coming to the Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle event next Saturday? For those who don't know, this is a cycling event giving everyone the opportunity to see London from two wheels (without cars, buses, lorries etc). On Saturday large parts of central London will be closed to traffic giving everyone the chance to get on a bike and enjoy cycling with friends, family and Harringay/Haringey neighbours. It is a great, free, healthy summer day out. More information about FreeCycle here
For those who may be a little unsure about cycling to central London by road and those who want to ride in a group - which itself is a fun thing to do - there is a led, group ride from Ducketts Common to the Bank of England first thing. Please join us. Everyone is welcome. You've got a week to get that bike in working order!

We're meeting at Ducketts Common at 9.45am, see times above.
