Newsletter re mindfulness
This course follows the internationally recognised Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme. Over the course of 8 sessions participants are provided with practical tools to help lower stress, increase resilience, improve focus and concentration, and feel more calm and balanced amidst life’s inevitable challenges.
Sessions take place over 8 Monday evenings from 23 September – 18 November (with no class during half-term on 21 October).
