Stress affects all of us at some point or another. Mindfulness meditation can help us to reduce symptoms of stress and live with greater calmness and clarity.
This National Stress Awareness Day on Wednesday 1st November I am running a donation basis mindful meditation session with proceeds going to the charity MIND (suggested donation £10 but any donation is welcome).
The session will take place from 19.00 - 20.00 at Redmond Community Centre, a short walk from Manor House Station.
We will begin with a short explanation of mindfulness meditation, practice for 25-30 minutes and then follow with a short talk / discussion on the meditation for those who would like to contribute.
