Hi Sarah

Thanks for your query.

With a practical and simple approach, based on the needs of the students, these classes use a variety of mindfulness-based meditations to be more aware of our mind/heart/body. This helps us to be more present - and make the shift from reacting to responding in a grounded way to life's ups and down.

I've been meditating since the mid-1980s and teaching mindfulness-based meditation for 15 years.Hope this is helpful. I've private messaged you as well if you wish further information.
