With a focus on maternal well-being and healing, these classes are designed to gently ease you back into yoga. The sequences include calming breath work, pelvic floor toning, core work and overall strengthening and stretching.
From my own experience, having a baby can bring huge elation, but it is also a time for vulnerability and emotional fragility and I believe women need more support than ever during this time. After each class we have time at the end for chat in a relaxed and non-judgemental environment, giving you the chance to share experiences in these early days, talk about sleeping and feeding, and giving you the confidence to find your own way as a mother. Feel free to come in your pyjamas!
Women are welcome to join post their 6-week check and babies until crawling
