Slow Flow Yoga for all levels.
Friendly, community yoga class for all levels (although a beginners’ specific class takes place on Thursdays at 6.30). Classes offer a steady, slow, mindful flowing practice with a focus on easing tension in the body and calming the mind.
Yoga mats and props are provided (although you are welcome to bring your own). Classes are kept to a size that enables everyone to have plenty of space to practice.
I'm an experienced yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher and I've enjoyed teaching these friendly, local yoga classes for over 11 years.
The first class is free, then from £10-£12 if block booking and £13 per class if dropping in. Concessions available, please contact me for details.
