As the day has shortened this is the last Thursday evening session which will be inspired by the rich autumn colours and the drama of the lengthening shadows. Saturday afternoon sessions continue to 26th October.
Come to relax, enjoy nature and draw in a haven of peace.
The St Ann's Redevelopment Trust presents free, relaxing and informal observational drawing sessions in the green space on the St Ann's Hospital site inspired by the rare and unusual trees and planting set among grounds designed to promote health and wellbeing; heritage buildings and the water tower distil the spirit of Victorian architecture and sanctuary.
No drawing experience is needed, all ages welcome, and the sessions are flexible and fun. Come for one hour, join us later or come for the whole session.
Please bring your own drawing materials and dress appropriately for being outdoors in any weather. A folding chair or ground rug may be desirable. If raining there is shelter on site with great views of weather to study.
Meeting Place: Chestnuts Café, Chestnut Park, St Ann’s Road, London N15 5TH. (Meet at tables under the covered area outside the cafe)
Location/map of the day’s drawing activity will be left on the tables at the meeting place for late comers or contact 07517 523 395.
