Join Anna Taylor for a whole day of therapeutic yoga and deep relaxation exploring the theme of self-care and self-compassion. The day will provide the setting and tools to reflect, replenish and recharge.
The morning will consist of gentle, therapeutic yoga to cultivate openness and energy flow within our hearts. The afternoon will combine restorative yoga and meditation to allow for deep rest and quiet reflection.
We will take a little time to explore what self-compassion and self-care means for us and simple ways we can build these qualities into our lives to feel more nourished and energised.
Places are £75. Open to all.
