I'm an experienced yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher and I've enjoyed teaching these friendly, local yoga classes for over 10 years.
Classes offer a slow, steady mindful flow and are open to all levels although a beginners specific class is held on Thursdays at 6.30 p.m.
I ensure that class sizes enable plenty of space for people to move and breathe and that I can give attention to all who practice.
The first class is free, then from £10-£13 per class depending on the booking options taken.
