Recommendation for local osteopath - John Fudge, near Finsbury parktag:harringayonline.com,2013-12-19:844301:Topic:5648202013-12-19T17:32:08.609Zshilps2https://harringayonline.com/profile/shilpashah

I have visited John Fudge for various back, shoulder and neck issues over the last 4 years. He's always managed to help me. He uses a mix of manipulation, ultrasound and recommendations for exercises to help recovery. He's friendly and his prices are reasonable.

Thought I should give a recommendation to a brilliant young osteopath who has just opened a new practice at the Bernie Grants Art Centre Enterprise Building on Tottenham Green. Her name is Geraldine Fahy, she used to work in Walthamstow but has just taken the plunge to open her own local practice in Haringey.

I say Geraldine is brilliant because she diagnosed in 10 minutes my knee problem, which took the NHS 7 years, 2 MRIs, 3 x-rays and an arthroscopy (which confirmed her diagnosis), and she really sorted me out pain-wise while I was waiting for the arthroscopy. And she did a great job on my mrs after our child was born.

Geraldine has a website www.newdayosteopathy.co.uk and can be contacted on 07968 496723. I know that she has lots of experience treating mums and mums to be, and office and manual workers with postural strains and chronic neck and back pain, and she also does sports injury and elderly people. She uses traditional osteopathy and acupuncture. Geraldine told me today that she's going to offer fellow Haringey residents 25% off first treatments, which means her usual rates of £40 for first session will be £30.

She's great, really enthusiastic and the best thing I can say is that she totally sorted me out

We're looking for a good local (or relatively local) osteopath. Ideally someone who does evening/weekend appointments or even home visits. Anyone got any suggestions?
Thanks
