2 Ginger cats - Anyone know them?

They have been hanging around in the back garden (towards top end Hewitt Road) for about 3 months now.  For a long time I thought there was only one then was amused to see two on the patio one morning.  They meow every morning to get in and attempt to follow my cats in.  My cats were pretty scared of them but have relaxed a little now.

The most persistent has the tip of his right ear missing, other that this, they look healthy/cared for?  I'd love to know if they have a home as the soulful peering in though the window is pretty heartbreaking!
