Prices are not dropping... but they will give you eye watering amounts of "cash back". For the towers at Hornsey I was told they would give me £10K minimum, perhaps more depending on how fast I could move, "£20K sir?".

They're not "out of touch", they're still in touch with the same property developers the previous administration were in touch with. Aditya Chakrabortty is out of touch.
