Each week we'll make something delicious to take home and share, develop kitchen skills and learn fun food facts. All ingredients and equipment are provided, along with a recipe/fact sheet to keep.

About me: I’m a locally-based journalist-turned-chef. After gaining my diploma from Leiths I worked in professional kitchens and taught in various cookery schools before setting up my own catering business, Sycamore Smyth (many thanks to all of you who’ve had me stock up their freezers or cater for a special occasion!). For Sycamore Seeds I’ll be teaming up with my husband James, a teaching assistant, to provide a fun and educational experience.
