Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I'm keen to donate to a local food bank, to help them over Xmnas, and was wondering if anyone knows any contact details or locations of anywhere nearby?

As does the one in Harringay.

There's a FoodBank at The Selby Centre, Selby Road, Tottenham .

The Foodbank is always looking for donations as times get tougher for many in our community.

Tinned and packet foods, breakfast cereals etc particularly needed.

Please donate if you can.

Donations can be made on Wed (12-3pm), Thurs (6pm-9pm) and Sat (10am - 12pm)

Crutch Haringey can collect from you - their website gives a list of what they would welcome

Kate

I’ve tried to get in touch with them via email and telephone but had no response :(

You can take donations of food and toiletries (and at this time of year some festive treats) to Stroud Green and Harringay Library where there is a donation box for Holy Trinity Food Bank.

Haringey residents in need can access any of the food banks with a voucher.

Btw If anyone knows of someone in crisis who hasn't a voucher, you can put them in touch with Crutch Haringey who can issue an emergency food bag if they have no other access to food http://www.crutchharingey.com/emergency-food-bags
