aerial help

hello

can anyone recommend a person who would be able to help with a (possibly) dodgy TV arial? It will involve someone who is really good at techy stuff, and isn't afraid of heights, and will be willing to get up onto a roof, climb past a chimney pot, and access the (possibly) dodgy arial, and who'll have the qualifications to know how to fix the problem. (Basically TV reception which has gone awry.)
