Barney a Lurcher cross needs a home

Meet Barney, a handsome Lurcher Cross (approx 1-2 years old) who has came into the care of All Dogs Matter after he was found abandoned 6 months ago. He’s been waiting for the last 6 months in kennels for his forever home. It's hard to understand why he's been waiting in kennels so long all through this hot summer, as he’s such a loveable boy. At least he has volunteer dog walkers.

Barney is a sweet and affectionate dog who loves a cuddle. He is house trained, loves his walks, and knows most basic commands. ADM are looking for a new owner who has preferably owned dogs before.

Barney is good with dogs when out so could possibly live with a calm female dog, and will need a home with a garden, but no cats please. He could live with children of 10 years plus.

Barney would love a temporary foster home so that he does not have to wait any longer in kennels until he finds a permanent home. Kennels can be stressful for dogs.
