Meet Bernie, a 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier who came to All Dogs Matter after he was found abandoned in a park. Bernie is currently in a temporary foster home, where he is doing really well, while he waits for a permanent home.
Despite his age, Bernie still has plenty of energy to go on walks, and is happy to snuggle in his bed for the rest of the day. He is house trained and knows some basic commands. He is deaf and has cataracts so is partially blind, but this doesn’t phase him!
Bernie can live with children of 10 years plus. He is fine with dogs when out and about, but would prefer to be the only dog in his new home.
If you can't offer a permanent home to a dog, can you offer a temporary foster home? ADM urgently need foster carers - as they have dogs who need temporary foster homes until permanent homes can be found. Fostering Questionnaire
Love dogs? Got some spare time that you would like to fill with dogs? Then be a volunteer dog-walker with All Dogs Matter! ADM rely so much on wooferful volunteers at kennels, who exercise, love and play with the dogs while they wait for their forever homes. It makes such a difference to them so ADM are on the look out for more support! Their kennels spaces are on a private farm, in Waltham Abbey EN9 so it is not as easy to access by public transport as it is to drive there, but there are links available. Please get in touch with Head Office for more information, just put VOLUNTEER in the subject line firstname.lastname@example.org and there is also a volunteering questionnaire here in respect of all volunteering opportunities.
ADM need donated items for their ADM charity shop in Muswell Hill.
